RVMS 2026-2027 Enrollment Information
Thank you for your interest in Rincon Valley Middle School! Pre-registration for our resident families will begin on January 10th for the 2026 -2027 school year. If you are not sure if RVMS if your designated resident school for middle school, you can check your address here: SRCS School Locator
Registration will be completed electronically through our new program AERIES via our district website: https://santarosacity.aeries.net/enrollment/
Aeries will instruct you to either create a new login if you are new to SRCS OR login through your Santa Rosa City Schools Parent Aeries Portal. Once logged in, please follow the prompts to ENROLL A NEW STUDENT.
Copies of the following documents are REQUIRED and should be scanned into your registration form online:
- Verification of Residency- The Open Enrollment period has ended. You must now live within the boundaries of RVMS to enroll. (Attach one of the following approved residency documents which shows parent/guardian name and street address: utility bill, mortgage statement, rental agreement, or property tax payment receipt.)
- Full Historical Immunization Records (Including Tdap Booster for 7th grade entry)
- Proof of Birth (birth certificate)
- If you indicated your child has any special needs such as an IEP, 504, ELD on your registration form, please include a copy of the most recent paperwork with your online registration.
**Both online registration & required documents MUST BE RECEIVED to finalize enrollment. Student elective requests will not be considered until student is fully enrolled**
Elective Request sheets will be available online later this week. A link will be emailed out by your students' 6th grade teacher.
**Elective sheets are DUE BY April 2nd to be considered for ALL class offerings. After April 3rd, elective choices may be limited and subject to availability**
