2026-2027 Pre-Enrollment is Now Open for New Santa Rosa City Schools Students!
Dear Santa Rosa Families,
We are pleased to announce that pre-enrollment for the 2026-2027 school year is now open for new students in grades TK-12! Whether you have a new Transitional Kindergartner or are joining our SRCS family from another district, we are excited to have you join our community.
How to Register: Our enrollment process is fully online and designed to be convenient for families. The Aeries family enrollment system allows you to quickly complete the necessary steps from the comfort of your home. The process typically takes about 20-30 minutes.
Step-by-Step Process:

Visit the Aeries Portal: Go to our Enrollment Portal.

Start: Click the "Enroll a New Student" button. If you need to reprint or review a previously registered student, select "Login."

Prepare Documents: Before you begin, please ensure you have the following digital copies ready to upload:

Proof of Residency: A rental/purchase agreement or utility bill with your name and address.

Proof of Age: Birth certificate, baptismal certificate, or other official proof of age.

Immunization Records: Current proof of required shots.

Emergency Contact & Health Information: Doctor/clinic details and contact numbers.

Transcript/Grade Report: For students transferring from another district.

Dental Exam Record: (Only required for Grade 1 enrollment)

School Locator: Students have priority at their neighborhood school based on their residence. You can verify your school of residence on our district website.

Charter Schools: Please note that for our four charter schools, students must "apply" rather than enroll directly, as these schools hold lotteries. Visit the Charter Schools page on our website for specific application details.
